After the window-cleaner fiasco of several months ago, we've just acquired a new one. A very nice young man with a proper business, a van, business cards, a landline number and everything. He came this morning, as arranged, and did a wonderful job :-)

Now it's raining :-(

and I have to go to town in a minute :-(

Don't do umbrellas - I'm a danger to myself and the general public LOL. I just put my waterproof on and splashed through the puddles, it was quite fun in mad sort of way :-)
