memo to self: when going down steps, put feet on step, not in mid air just in front of step
I am nursing a v painful ankle and sundry other bumps from my acrobatics in church this morning - thankfully when only Mr and one other person were there to see! We have two steps off the front of the platform and I missed the second one, ended up in a heap on the floor and my foot underneath me.
nepalisue, you may remember the step in question.
Sooooo, I spent the whole service with my foot up on the pew (I was on sound, so I could do this without anyone noticing) but by the end it was no better. I've had it up with ice on since we got home and bits of it feel better. But we were planning to visit someone in the hospital this afternoon, so I may just pop into A&E while we're there and see how busy they are, just to get some reassurance that I haven't done more than badly wrench it :-(
It did mean that Mr and Taylor had to cook lunch though, and wash up *grin*
Ouch again :-(
