Oct. 14th, 2006 11:59 amIf you are going to bed at 1.30am, turn off the very loud alarm on your phone.
If you can't remember to do that, at least leave the phone in its usual place by the bed where you can turn it off at 0730.
Do not leave it somewhere downstairs where you have to go hunting for it at 0730 to turn it off.
