Ummm, is now the time to mention that the only post-80s music I ever listen to is in the gym, and I have no idea what most of it is :-(

So just my six favourite ever will have to do:

Weird part II

Have been thinking about the weird dream - I think my mother may have had something to do with it. I knew taking her to London would be ... well... interesting. Just to set the scene, my mum is the least weird person going, she looks just like a normal, older lady, grey curly hair, conservatively dressed, doesn't draw attention to herself. But my mother attracts weird! Wherever we go, the local nutter comes and talks to her; and random strange things happen in front of her, which I never see.

Oh wow! I've been published (well, sort of ...) Squeeeeee!

Yay! several months ago, Liz from the Delphi forum, who I've met a couple of times (on both sides of the world!) asked for comments to help with an article she was writing about adults who read kidlit. It's just been published and I'm quoted! A lot! I don't think anything like that has ever happened to me before and I'm soooo excited. I'll be in the bookshop claiming a couple of copies as soon as it arrives, but in the meantime it's on the internet - I just luuurrrrrve the internet :-) at http://www.womanalive.co.uk/archive/sample07.htm Sorry I don't know how to make that go blue!
